What is Combat Fitness?
The focus of Combat Fitness is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. Our goal is to increase your fitness in a well-rounded and functional way; meaning the workouts are designed to get you stronger, faster, and flexible, as well as greatly increasing your cardio.
The classes are small (12 person limit), high-energy with friendly competition, and, most importantly, coached by our highly qualified and experienced staff. The workouts are always different and always exciting!
While Combat Fitness challenges some of the fittest athletes in the world, the program is designed to be scalable, making it the perfect exercise program regardless of experience, age or your current health..
CombatFitness vs. Traditional Gym
The difference between going to a gym and becoming a Combat Fitness Team member is that with Combat Fitness you get a personal coach, group accountability and motivation. Whereas the outdated gym model just let you wonder around on your own and randomly use their equipment.
Our Combat Fitness classes are groups of 10-12 that utilize a group dynamic to increase motivation, accountability, and results. Each group has personal coaches standing right there making sure you are safe, enjoying yourself and achieving your goals in the shortest time possible.
